5/14/2015	Spoke with Dan regarding update for Avian Influenza site. Done euthanizing as of yesterday 5/13/15. Working with Breezy Meadows #58626 to compost birds themselves with USDA guidance. USDA will direct and bring in the carbon source, but they will do all the work themselves. They plan to start tomorrow. Carbon source will be ground up corn stalks, and ground wood chips. When it's done he's not sure what he will do with it. We discussed stockpiling distances since he's very close to the creek. He also has farm ground where he can move it to stockpile until fall application if he's allowed to. He will come up with a plan and let us know.	CINDY MARTENS
