5/5/2015	I spoke to a neighbor of Troy Sedore's residential dwelling. He said he's seen large fires producing plumes of smoke that smells like burning plastic (as opposed to brush fire odor). He's seen them approximately a half dozen times over the past year. This neighbor indicated that other neighbors in the area have also expressed frustration over the periodic open burns and the associated smoke and odor emanating from Sedore's fires down in the timber SE of Troy's house.
