4/15/2015	Mike sent me aa SDS for petroleum coke. It shows that it could spontaneously combust. He said that it is spent coke from the brick plant in Adel. He said it is very fine, powdery. I told him to develop a special waste criteria on how to handle it. I referred him to Sue Johnson (Solid Waste Section) and asked her to call him.	BILL GROSS
