4/8/2015 4/7/2015 ~1220: Vern Choquette with US Oil (US Ventures) contacted me via phone regarding the Air Quality Compliance Evaluation (AQ CE) for the facility. He indicated that there were a couple of errors in the report as follows: 1. Tank #310 is identified on the AQ2 as an internal floating roof (IFR) tank when it is actually a vertical fixed roof (VFX) tank. 2. The air stripper is not present at the facility. 3. T-05 (not T-04) has been removed; and 4. The additive / biodiesel tanks are exempt from permitting under IAC 567-22.1(2)m. and IAC 567-22.1(2)t. biodiesel has a vapor pressure of 0.03 psia. I sent him an e-mail for his records also confirming that the items were corrected on our copy of the report. JON RYK
