4/1/2015 3/31/2015 ~1152: Called to speak with Rick Jensen, Area Terminal Manager at US Oil - Bettendorf Terminal (formerly Noble Petro Inc. - Bettendorf). I was seeking additional information from him on the storage tanks at the facility including the date of installation, the vapor pressure of the contents, and the annual throughput. The phone call went to voicemail so I left a message that I was seeking the information and for him to call me back. I informed him in the voicemail that I had a spreadsheet with that I developed to assist in getting the information that he coul fill out and simply return the information to me. JON RYK
