4/1/2015 3/26/2015 ~1045: Called to attempt to speak with Rick Jensen, Area Terminal Manager at US Oil - Bettendorf terminal (formerly Noble Petro Inc - Bettendorf) to get more information on the storage tanks including date of installation, vapor pressure of contents, and annual throughput. The call went to voicemail so I left a voice mail message to inform him of the information that I was looking for. I also included that I had a worksheet that I could send him to fill in the information and return if he provided me with his e-mail address. JON RYK
