3/10/2015	Jenny stated that they are planning to empty two of their storage tanks for cleaning and inspection. They plan to empty them on 4/20/15 and refill them on 4/23/15. She wanted to know if it was okay to specify in the 30-day notification letter that the tanks would be refilled on 4/23/15 or later depending on unforeseen circumstances that would delay refilling.
