3/10/2015	Terry Klaver called and asked if he was allowed to accept asbestos-containing materials (ACM) at the Hamilton County Transfer Station. I checked his permit and advised him that there was no DNR prohibition against this, provided it was properly manifested and the NCIRSWA landfill was advised when they received ACM in the loads. I remarked that there might be some OSHA ramifications with regard to his employees handling ACM, but I was not expert on those requirements.	DAVID MILLER
