2/27/2015	Rick Roedl, General Manager (GM) Daybreak Foods Inc, stopped in the office and dropped off the annual update for the Eagle Grove Facility. While here he had questions about when the next full/original MMP was due. I informed him that it would be due would be due February 2018. I also made him aware that we need a copy of the 200A license each year with the annual update. He was not aware of this as he has recently taken over the GM position and other staff has retired so he is trying to get "caught up". I made a copy of the license from the existing folder and sent with him so he knew what he was looking for. He informed me that he would locate the current license and email a copy in the next couple days.	DAN BRATRUD
