2/10/2015	I responded to Lou's question regarding whether or not a corn burner would impact the facility's TV permit. A construction permit would not be needed since the unit would be less than 1 million btu's. However, he would need to send in information to the TV section so they could determine if it would be considered insignificant equipment or not. I provided him with information to contact the DNR TV section. Lou had also asked if there were other TV landfills in our region as his company was interested in possibly doing a similar gas collection system at other locations. I explained there are two other landfills, but their tonnage was low enough they are not required to treat the landfill gas.	DAVID KNOLL
