2/4/2015	Paul called to report that both of his casins are full due to snow and rain events. THey back up into his sand lane. He pumped out last fall but needs to pump again. Discussed frozen and snow rules. May need to do emergency and has a field picked ouit between 2 terraces and will use lower rates. Brad Jochum will apply.
