1/30/2015	Steve called me to discuss the NOV recently issued. He said that the exposed waste at the NE end of the site was C&D waste diverted while the new cell was being filled. He said it was being covered weekly. He said that he would clean up the east ditch when it dries up and he uses a backhoe to excavate.	BILL GROSS
