1/20/2015 Mr. Dodgen is brokering the sale of Oak Lane 1 and Oak Lane 2. Since the house on Oak Lane 1 will not be inhabited by the new owner of the facility he had questions about whether a separation distance waiver would be required from the homeowner and whether we had a standard form for that waiver. I told him I could provide an example but there is no standard form. After further research I found that a waiver is not necessary under these circumstances.
