9/4/2009	Andy Miller, Plant Manager, called to discuss how to dispose of water from the containment around the ethanol storage tanks. There is about 4500 gallons of water contaminated with about 20 gallons of denatured ethanol (0.291% ethanol) in the containment area. Mr. Miller was advised that the contaminated water could be land applied. He was advised to make sure to stay away from tile intakes and waterways. He was also told to keep records regarding the location of the land application area.	GLENN CARPER
