1/6/2015	I called Nick Wilson, Production Manager, about understanding who is their certified operator, discuss their non-submittal of MORs, and set up a sanitary survey. Nick stated their certified operator is Mike Goodwin of Mort's Plumbing. I stated this was not allowed anymore due to only recieving one MOR in the past two years. Therefore, they would need to have someone from the plant become the certified operator. He stated he would become the certified operator, since he already performs most of the water duties anyway. I explained to him the Grade A certification process and referred him to Laurie Sharp about obtaining his Grade A certification. I scheduled a sanitary survey with him since he was going to become the certified operator.	ASHLEY WALLER
