11/24/2014	Still in the process of starting up and commisioning the WWTP. All flow into the anaerobic lagoon so no flow to the activated sludge plant yet and no discharge. Keystone is still getting ready for 7/week BOD testing and are closed for the holiday. Working to get another lab to do an influent BOD for this week. Will have 3, but might not get the fourth. OK because still in commisioning mode.	TOM ATKINSON
