11/19/2014	Laura called me today at 2pm in response to my email asking her about the wind, she said they actually shut down this morning at 0900 hrs due to wind, and last week due to wind. She said Opie keeps a log out at the landfill of when they shut down due to wind.	KURT LEVETZOW
11/19/2014	Lyndall called today, asking if the landfill is still supposed to shut down operations at the landfill when winds acheive a certain MPH. I responded by saying "yes, as it's a condition of their permit". He said he didn't think the landfill has been shutting down when it gets excessively windy, although he also mentioned that possibly due to the fact that they're down in the landfill and protected from the wind. He asked if being protected from the wind supercedes that wind stipulation. I told him i wasn't sure, but would find out. Therefore, iam going to email Laura at the transfer station (where her office is) and find out, and will try to remember to add a note to this site with what her response is.	KURT LEVETZOW
