11/18/2014	Hal Morton called the field office on Tuesday, 10-14-2014. The landfill lagoon is full again due to receiving heavy rain yesterday and this morning, and need capacity for predicted rain the rest of this week. The Des Moines County landfill has an active NPDES permit, effective 3-1-2013. Same situation as last month. I told him to go ahead and discharge enough to provide 2' freeboard; also to sample the discharge and provide results.	PAUL BRANDT
