11/17/2014 Brian and I spoke regarding the City of Letts using MPW's CCR to fill in the old school basement. Brian reported that MPW is interested in allowing the use of their bottom ash to be used to fill in the basement, as long as there are no water wells within the separation distances listed in 567 IAC 108 (which is 200'). I told Brian that iam not aware of any, but would pass that info onto Mayor Jerry Kirk. Since this time i've also spoke to Jay Kemp, of Kemp and Son's Excavation. Jay is planning to get certified as an asbestos contractor so he can do the work onsite. KURT LEVETZOW
