From: Miller, David [DNR] Sent: Friday, November 07, 2014 8:27 AM To: Butler12Cnty [HSEMD County] Cc: Smith, Mike [DNR] Subject: Proposed shooting range at Butler County Landfill Mitch – DNR would likely approve a shooting range at the Butler County landfill, provided the integrity of the fill area and cap would not be compromised. We would need a brief written description of the project and a site sketch showing the position, orientation, size and access route in relation to the fill area.
