11/5/2014	Due to the wind farm work in the area, he had difficulty getting a contractor to install his secondary containment berm this fall. The plans were approved by PP on 8/29/14. All manure has been hauled from this site for the fall and it is too late for any fall seeding to stabilize the berm, so an extension was granted from 12/1/14 to 6/15/15. I reminded him to notify me when the work is completed.	SHEILA KENNY
