10/28/2014	Andy Kudej called with a question about signage for his certified manure applicator tank. He is having problems with a magnetic sign staying on the tank, which he recently purchased. He wanted to check if it was ok to keep a sign in the tractor window until he can get a more permanent sign on the tank. I stated this would be fine for now as long as it is clearly visable and keeps it with the tank all the time.	DANIEL WATTERSON
