10/16/2014	1428 hrs: Andy Kudej contacted me and explained that he will be increasing his AU capacity at his finishing facility. According to Andy, he has historically had sick pens, but they have not been used. His contracting company would like him to begin stocking these pens with hogs. Andy stated this will result in an increase of 130 head (52 AUs) but there will be no physical construction and he will remain below the permit threshold of 1000 AUs. (I verified that his current AU capacity is 852 and the increase would only bring him to 904 AUs). Given that Andy had recently submitted his annual MMP update (August 14), I instructed him to simply submit a new fee form and pay the indemnity fee on the 130-head of new capacity. I further explained that next year, when his annual MMP update is due, he will need to include the 130-head when calculating the annual compliance fee.	TRENT LAMBERT
