9/2/2009 9/2/09 - I called Sara and explained to her that she should call the field office within 12 hours or by the next working day. It told her to call the ER number if the situation was serious. I told her to collect a sample and analyze (COD, TSS, chlorides, pH, ammonia). Report an estimate of the volume of the release, and determine the flow path--whetehr it reached a creek. She said in this case, it flowed to a stormwater detention basin, then possibly to Camp Creek. BILL GROSS
