9/19/2014	This site was never constructed, but they continued to submit annual updates because they still intended to build. I informed him that since construction did not begin within 1 year, he would have to resubmit the project again for authorization before building. He thought perhaps they would build in 2016 and may want to go a little bigger at this site (i.e. 360,000-370,000 birds). Site is currently being used to stockpile 200A manure from the Center Fresh site. I also inquired about the new hog barn at 2952 Nettle Ave and he indicated that they were not involved with that.
