9/2/2014	Hi Charly and Abe I discussed this with Reza. We agreed that re- publishing 6,000 head for NMP instead of 6,500 is not misleading as long as you follow the process and file the necessary documents to get a new CP and an amended or a new NPDES permit reflecting the expansion from 6,000 current head to 6,500 head of beef cattle! Also please let me know what you hear about resubmitting the Public Notice for the 6000 head.	ALISON MANZ
