8/22/2014	Andy called to report that they were getting ready to do the internal tank inspection of tank #8433. He said that the problem was that the tank would be empty in about one week, that the inspection would take a couple of days and then it would be ready for refilling. This would not meet the 30 day notice prior to refilling required in NSPS Subpart Kb. I advised him to call Brian Hutchins to see if a waiver could be granted from the 30 day notice requirement.
