7/28/2014	Stopped in office to discuss my request for plans and specs for construction that occurred without permit. Dial will get in touch with Dodgen and get the information about the builder and will submit plans to this office. Dial also asked about converting a gestation building from liquid manure storage to a bedded barn. Plans to pour concrete over slats and build solid manure storage structure at end of building. I told Dial he would need to submit CDS for the manure storage and an MMP. He plans to submit as soon as possible.	JEREMY KLATT
