7/11/2014	Update on complaint regarding water use at this facility. Sent him via email the operation/construction permit for this site and a previous complaint. Explained that he must add 50% dilution water to the anaerobic lagoons. He has been monitoring the well water and they use 50 to 60,000 gallons per week. The Rural Water doesn't seem to be metered correctly as it read zero gallons last month and he's filling the collection pit and it's flowing or being pumped out, so he knows he's using RW. They are coming to try and fix that this week. Once it's correct he will be emailing the water use from the wells and Rural Water.	CINDY MARTENS
