7/3/2014	On 07/03/2014 at ~1112 Mr. Sprague contacted the Field Office to request an exemption for exceedences that would or may occur during maintenance of their bag filters. Mr. Sprague was directed to the AQ Bureau. Mr. Sprague indicated that he had Reid Bermel's name as a contact.
