7/2/2014	Hal Morton called the field office on Wednesday, 7-2-2014. With all the rain lately, the lagoon is nearly full and needs to discharge. Cannot haul to the WWTP because of flooding on the Mississippi. Same situation as last year. I told him to go ahead and discharge enough to provide 2' freeboard; also to sample the discharge and provide results.	PAUL BRANDT
