6/30/2014	Rick is thinking of building a calf barn, totally contained on site. He wanted to know about how to handle the clean roof water as it will not go into the basin. He will need to amend his NPDES permit and NMP. He will not need a CP. It will likely be a 300 head hoop or roofed building from newborn to weaned and then they will go out to feedlot, straw bedded.
