6/26/2014	EPA staff did a partial compliance inspection at NCRA with a FLIR & found no violations. Noted a vapor recovery hose fitting leak which is not uncommon. Facility staff changed the fitting while EPA on site. Since follow up determines a violation, no violation noted. The facility is rehabilitating some tanks. We discussed the exemption for a permit modification.	HOLLY VANDEMARK
