6/21/2014	Menefee called about the recent construction permit for Well #2. All work was completed and WSE was previously informed of the status. They are now using Well #2, and they are rotating between it and Well #4 on a weekly basis. Menefee requested an updated operation permit. I agreed to send the request to WSO. Menefee provided a summary of the wells: #1 - Permanent cap installed. Retained for future use. #2 - New pump last year. Now used every other week. #3 - Fire system water only. Not connected to potable system. #4 - No change, but now used only every other week. (Note: based on the information in the file, Well #3 can be connected to the production and potable systems in an emergency. It is listed as a “restricted-use” well in the operation permit.
