6/20/2014	Telephone coversation concerning stormwater in lagoons of feedlot under construction to the north of the main facility. He asked about pumping to to the creek. I told him that it would need to be land applied. He asked if lab samples that we took on 6/18 came back low if he could pump to the creek. I said that the water will need to be irrigated on crop field.	BRANDON MINER
