5/28/2014	Bernie called about the May MOR. The operator-in-charge will be on leave until June 12, 2014, so he cannot sign the MOR and get it to us on time. Bernie wondered how they should handle this. I told him to have another certified operator sign it, and reference our conversation on the MOR.	JIM KACER
