5/21/2014	The facility was using reformulated paints in black, red, and yellow since Feb. in order to comply with their VOC/HAP limits. Todd informed me today that the red and yellow were not reformulated versions as he was told in Feb. The old versions of the red and yellow are no longer being used. The new red will be in use 5/22/14 and the yellow on 5/23/14. I appreciated his honesty and said there will be no ramifications.	AMBER WOLF
