5/21/2014	Tom Cain from Butler County called and asked how many Licensed Landfill Operators had to be at the Rural Iowa Landfill at any given time. I stated that 567IAC113 requires one be on duty whenever the landfill was operating. However, landfills needed to have multiple operators, so when people went to lunch or were off work, there was still one operator present.	DAVID MILLER
