5/20/2014	On or around the 8th of May, 2014, Justin Winters of Muscatine Metals called asking why the Iowa City Landfill won't accept chunked up tires (17" pieces). I told him i'd call them and inform them that it's legal for them to do so, which i did. Dave called me back and we discussed. He wanted to make sure that I was in the know and ok with the landfill accepting tire chunks.	KURT LEVETZOW
