5/12/2014	Steinke reported that due to the elevated water level predictions for the Mississippi River, the sampler at Outfall 001 will be taken out of service and relocated to the back-up sample location inside the plant’s fenced boundary. The flow meter would be taken out of service for the same reason and flows will be estimated using best engineering methods.	TERRY JONES
