4/25/2014	Wayne Krug called and said his consultant had told him that, as a minor air source, he had additional recordkeeping and reporting obligations beyond that specified in his permit. I check with Glenn Carper and we deduced that he must be referring to the 3 year emissions inventory reporting. I called Mr. Krug back and explained that, and noted that he is in the middle third of the state and this is the year for that geographic area.	DAVID MILLER
