4/24/2014	1440 hrs: I received a call from Guy Beemer, Beemer Companies, who informed me that Rembrandt staff had recently informed him the volume of wash water needing hauled was actually approximately 18-20,000 gallons; as oposed to the 8-10,000 they told him originally. I stated I was not surprised, but as long as the additional volume did not cause issues with Roger Vaske's lagoon, I was not concerned with the increase. Guy stated Roger had informed him that even the increase volume would not even "create a dimple" in his lagoon, as he has never had a capacity issue, even in the wettest years. We discussed the situation and Guy stated he intends to continue hauling the wash water on a long-term basis. According to Guy, this will involve hauling 18-20,000 gallons every 19-weeks. He will continue to utilize Roger's lagoon, and will continue to involve Scott Vaske as a MAC-certified hauler, until such time as he can get his own employees MAC-certified. We discussed the MAC requirements and I stated I would send him applicable information.	TRENT LAMBERT
