4/17/2014	Rick and a salesman for the ADC referred to as "Posse Shell" called me asking about getting the Iowa Co Landfill's SDP permit modified to incorporate that type of spray on ADC. I told them both that they need to do that activity through the DNR permit writer assigned to their landfill. The FO doesn't do permit modifications.	KURT LEVETZOW
