As you requested, I will be submitting an updated report with a revision to the form for October 2013 to indicate the completion of a visual examination of stormwater effluent during the 4th quarter. The report will be submitted electronically using the electronic submittal signatory authorization that was signed and sent with the original Q4 report in January 2014.
