4/10/2014	Perry was preparing his water supply MOR and was wondering how to report flows for last month. The water meter for the Power House supply broke and it took about three weeks to replace it. He was wondering if he should put flow estimates in the MOR. I advised him that he could use the last month’s worth of data to come up with estimates, but to be sure to include a statement in the comment section that the flows for the specific date range were estimates because a working flow meter was not available.
