4/9/2014	0900 hrs: Received call from Guy Beemer, a commercial septage hauler from Minnesota. This call was the culmination of an on-going dialogue with Mr. Beemer concerning the disposal of manure-contaminated wash water generated at this facility. Mr. Beemer had been hired to pump, haul and dispose of approximately 1200-gallons of wash water, and he and I had had conversations as to how he could legally dispose of the wash water. In this conversation, Mr. Beemer explained that the wash water would be disposed in the AFO lagoon of Roger Vaske. I stated this would be acceptable as long as the addition of the wash water did not compromise Roger's lagoon capacity. Mr. Beemer stated that Roger has plenty of capacity currently, and will be pumping the lagoon this spring as well. I asked Mr. Beemer what he intended to do with regard to a certified manure hauler and he stated that Roger's cousin, Scott Vaske, is a CMS and will conduct the hauling; they will also put Scott's CMS signage on Mr. Beemer's truck. I requested Mr. Beemer contact me when they actually haul the wash water and he stated he would do so. He stated it should be within the next two weeks.	TRENT LAMBERT
