4/1/2014	1516 hrs: I received a call from Darin Benning, who inquired about adding a 100-head beef confinement to his existing 2400-head swine confinement facility. We discussed the pertinent requirements, such as permitting, MMP ammending, manure stockpiling, building siting, etc. I offered to send Darin a packet of pertinent information and also instructed him to to contact his MMP consultant, Envirotech. Darin asked if the Coalition to Support Iowa Farmers would be a good contact, and I stated they were and advised him to contact them as well.	TRENT LAMBERT
