3/31/2014	Spoke with Mr. Grage to see if all the repairs are done. No, not all of them. They did build a berm around the new SW lot to send runoff to basin, but no settling structure has been installed. They also moved the stockpile so it's in containment. I told him I would expect all fixes to be done by the end of April and I will check back then. These must be done in order to approve reissuance of his NPDES permit.	CINDY MARTENS
