3/10/2014	1432 hrs: Greg Schiefelbein returned my phone call and we discussed the matter of his MMP submittal. I explained that his MMP consultant, Ben Borchardt, had previously contacted me and we had discussed the situation. I informed Greg that I would establish a compliance deadline of 01 MAY 14 for submittal of his updated P-Index MMP; as it will certainly be April before he will be able to obtain the necessary soil samples. I did state that, should significant issues arise which make the 01 MAY deadline unattainable, he must contact me immediately, and I can work with him; however, it was my expectation that the MMP be submitted by 01 MAY 14.
