3/7/2014	On 1-29-2014, Hal Morton contacted the field office about thier wastewater treatment lagoon. He reported that their insurance company had been doing an audit and discovered the lagoon was on EPA ECHO database for non-compliance for the 2nd. and 3rd. quarters of 2013. I subsequently reviewed ECHO and the DMR's submitted by the landfill. From my review, it appears that the landfill lagoon is not in significant non-compliance for those 2 quarters and should not be on ECHO. I wrote a letter to the landfill to that effect - see attachment.	PAUL BRANDT
